Auto Ctrl Make Tool

This tool has almost all the features you need for Control Creation and modification. It was specially built keeping in mind, the need to finish small props and Fk Chain rigs in the least number of clicks possible. The idea is to finish the work quickly and efficiently. It consists of three main tabs: Main, Utility, and Help tab.

# In the Main Tab, you can specify the radius, and choose the color, shape, and Constraining options and it will build the rig for you. If you need separate groups like Mesh_Grp, Jnt_Grp, and Ctrl_Grp, then tick on Rig Groups, give it a name, and click on "Build".

Please note that if you click on the "Create" button instead, it will not Build the rig groups. So, if you need the Rig Groups and Global Ctrl, just click on the "Build" button.

# The Global Ctrl will provide you with 5 Custom Attributes: Global Scale, Mesh Display, Mesh Visibility, Ctrl Visibility, and Joint Visibility. By default, you will get all 5 of them; connected properly with their respective nodes but you also get the option to choose all the Attributes you don't need.

# The Utility Tab contains a bunch of Renaming and Joint tools, that will prove to be helpful in your rig creation and speed up your workflow.

# The Help Tab, as the name suggests contains all the help you need regarding this tool.

Installation:

To run this script, paste this file as it is, in your Maya Scripts directory... (C:\Users\UserName\Documents\maya\2020\scripts) paste the following code in your Maya's Script Editor

import AutoCtrlMakeTool_v0021

import imp

imp.reload(AutoCtrlMakeTool_v0021)

AutoCtrlMakeTool_v0021.GUI()

and Run!
